1. Consultation

We begin with a conversation — either on-site or at our studio — to understand your needs, style, and space. This stage is about listening, sharing inspiration, and defining the scope.

2. Design Fee Agreement

Once we’ve agreed to move forward together, we establish a design fee to cover the next two stages. This reflects the time and care involved in crafting your bespoke design. All concept and development packs are yours to keep — ideal for tendering or progressing with us into production.

3. Concept Design

We translate ideas into sketches, mood boards, and material palettes. You’ll see initial design directions that reflect your story, the space, and your needs.

4. Design Development

We refine the chosen concept into detailed drawings and specifications, ready for production. Every joint, finish, and proportion is considered here — this is where the magic takes shape.

5. Quotation & Approval

We provide a transparent quote, timeline, and any options for materials or finishes. Once approved, we book your project into our workshop schedule.

6. Crafting in Our Workshop

Our skilled team builds your piece(s) by hand using sustainable materials and time-honoured joinery techniques. We may share updates or workshop photos so you can follow the journey.

7. Delivery & Installation

We handle everything from delivery to final fitting — ensuring a perfect finish and minimal disruption. We leave your space just as we found it only better.

8. Aftercare & Follow-up

We’ll check in post-installation and provide guidance on caring for your piece over time. Our work is built to last, but we’re always here if you need us.
