Our most recent project with the team at Da Terra involved the design and renovation of the bar across the hall from their 2 Michelin starred restaurant. The bar serves dual purposes, a casual room for a pre-dinner drink and as a snug for the hotel. We used a lot of curves with a centre piece tiled bar acting as the stage for the bartender and some light bites to be served from.
